Dr Hermann is a Specialist in radiotherapy and radiooncology from the Center for Radiotherapy and Radiooncology in Westerstede, Germany. He graduated Magna cum Laude from University of Münster, Brisbane Australia in 2000 with his doctoral thesis entitled “Sequential induction-radiochemotherapy with ifosfamide, CDDP and accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy in stage IV head-and-neck-cancer: clinical outcome and histopathological regression grading as a prognostic factor.”

At present, his research focus is on Prediction of toxicity of radiotherapy in prostate cancer and Intraoperative radiotherapy in breast cancer.
