Venue: TBA
Coordinator: Dr. Omer Demirkaya
Faculty: Dr. Arturo Chiti, Dr. Omer Demirkaya, Dr. Paul E. Kinahan, Mr. Refaat Al Mazrou, Dr. Gary M. Sayed, and Dr. Mahmoud Tuli
Course Aim
This course will discuss the state of the art in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT. The course will begin with a discussion of physics, image formation and image processing techniques in PET and SPECT. Some emphasis will be placed on the corrections for various image degrading factors in both modalities. Topics of the other didactic lectures will include the advanced clinical techniques in Nuclear Medicine and PET.
Target Audience
