Instructions for Oral and Poster Presentation
Oral Presentation
  • Speaker Ready Room will be available on site.

  • Authors should bring their power point presentations to the Speaker Ready Room at least half an hour before the beginning of the session

Poster Presentation
  • Locations of the poster presentation rooms will be announced.

  • Each poster is assigned a number

  • The presenter should put his poster on the board assigned with the same number.

  • The poster size should not be larger than 70 cm (width) by 100 cm (height)

  • Proper mounting items (pins) will be provided at the site..
