Registration Fees
NOTE: Due to recent national updates with regards to COVID19 Pandemic, the Conference will be fully VIRTUAL
Important Information:
Read the following notes carefully before you register.
- The registration fee includes all the educational activities conducted during the conference from 13:00 Monday, Feb 14 until Feb 16 18:00 including the technical exhibit halls.
- The pre Conference activities (on Feb 12 & 13) and post-conference activities (on Feb 16 and Feb 17) have different fees and they will be announced once the scientific program is finalized.
- It is mandatory to complete the general registration for the conference to register for the pre/post conference educational activities.
- Virtual access includes on-demand recorded lectures, available until May 2022.
- Payments are accepted by credit cards only. Cash payments can be accepted only during the conference at a higher rate.
- To be considered as an early registrant, payment has to be received by the early registration deadline.
- Student/Nurse/Technologist/ Residents/ Fellows have to provide a valid photo ID with a date during registration.
- All payments are non-refundable.
