The Biomedical Physics Department will assist international participants to apply for a visit visa to enter and exit Saudi Arabia. Please complete the VISA BIO DATA INFORMATION FORM.  

To expedite visa processing, please send your completed visa application form along with a clear copy of your passport photo page (with your full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, place of issue and validity).

Payment of registration fee is required in order to process a visit visa request. (Note: Approval for visit visa is not guaranteed. If visa request is not approved, paid registration fee will not be refunded.).

An official employment certificate is also required to prove that the attendee is working in or studying a related field to the topic of the conference i.e. Radiation Medicine.
