INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL & POSTER PRESENTATION


ORAL PRESENTATION

• Speaker Ready Room will be available on site.
• Authors should bring their power point presentations to the Speaker Ready Room at least an hour before the beginning of the session
• Please check the scientific program for the date and time of your presentation
• Time reserved for each presentation is normally 10 minutes for most tracks but may be 12 minutes for some. Please check the scientific program for the exact time allotted for your presentation.

HARD COPY POSTER PRESENTATION

• Locations of the poster presentation areas (rooms) will be announced.
• Each poster is assigned the Abstract ID number
• The presenter should put his poster on the board assigned with the same number.
• The poster size should not be larger than 75 cm (width) by 100 cm (height)
• Proper mounting items (pins) will be provided at the site.
• Posters will be presented in the designated areas (rooms) at Alfaisal
