Workshop Description:
This workshop is going to be conducted by a renowned figure of MSK radiology. He will cover in a didactic lectures the standard MRI technique and basic anatomy of the knee. Afterward he will pass over common sport injuries of the knee. Also he will cover imaging of anterior knee pain and evaluation bone marrow edema and OCD. Lastly he will cover post-operative knee MRI.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of these lectures, attendees should be able to:
Demonstrate an understanding of the standard sequences of knee MRI imaging.
Know how to diagnose common knee sports injuries.
Know the causes of anterior knee pain and their MRI appearances.
Know how to interpret the bone marrow edema and OCD changes.
Know the normal post-operative appearance of knee MRI and possible post-operative complications.
