  • Quality Control in Digital Mammography with its cutting points to Quality Assurance. (Lecture)
  • Unique QC FUJIFILM phantom in DR mammography and ACR QC phantom. (Lecture)
  • Quality Control in Mammography reading and reporting workstation monitors. (Workshop)


Learning Objectives:

By the end of this workshop, attendee should be able to:

  • Understand the concept of QA/QC and their role to provide the best image quality and lowest radiation dose to the patients
  • What is the definition of Quality Assurance (QA)/ Quality Control (QC)
  • Understand the role of biomedical physicists/Technologists/Radiologists in the daily/weekly and monthly QC of Digital Mammography equipment
  • Understand QC requirement for digital mammography monitor
